The staff is very friendly and responds to the customer. Advice was also good. We also managed a repair at very short notice. Only recommended.

In times of need you are grateful for any help, but when it is as kind and competent as it was at ATU in Stralsund, you immediately feel more relaxed. The battery broke in my case, on the last day of our vacation, when we actually wanted to be on the way home. The ADAC gave me jump-start help so that I was able to drive to the ATU. The battery was replaced there within half an hour, so we got off on time. Thank you for that!

Was there and bought a digital parking meter. Battery and clock were set the same. Information was provided about price discounts when opening an app/account. Digital parking meters have become expensive. The ATU employee was very nice and friendly.

On Saturday, July 22nd, 23, I noticed a tire damage on my motorhome shortly before departure. Loaded the bike and new tires in the car and off to Stralsund. Many tire services are no longer open on Saturdays. Two were hit without a chance, for example with the reason "I should have registered on Friday so that a mechanic could come to work on Saturday". On Friday the tire was still intact. Then to ATU, the service employee immediately went to the workshop master and asked. The job was completed and the new tire was on within 10 minutes. The departure on vacation was thus secured. That's what I call service! At this point, many thanks again to the team.
